Hi Ana! No need to take a day off unless you need to. And when you do - just pick up where you left off. As for what to do after the 8-Day - you'll want to try the 9'-Day Body-Zone Sample Schedule, keeping in mind that we always use previous Sample Schedules again in the future :-)

So glad you joined Total-Access :-) Go through the 8-Day Sample Schedule and let's see how you're doing by the end of the 8 days... if you feel good and liked the challenge/effect - then we keep going with it until it gets "easier" and then we can go to another Sample Schedule for progression. Cool? Also... do you use facebook? If so you can join the private group there. And what specific goals do you have as of right now?
