Great question. So I would first ask - is your weight and clothing size in a zone where you're happy? Since you've been doing the fasting - what kinds of changes have you seen and felt so far?

Annabell Simoes - I'd want to think they're speaking in generalities... that's a broad stroke they are taking - as there are also many women eating too much protein.. so we have to be super careful when listening to these others.  Questions - how many total grams of protein do you estimate you consume daily? Take some time and also consider the non-obvious sources of protein too (from veggies, seeds, etc.) - as those can add up in the total-tally for the day.
