Hi Joey,

I just restarted following the Sculptafit family again and I would like to know what supplements do you recommend taking, if any. Also what is the link to order your Elixir? I am now 61, no health problems (thanks be to God) and I have been getting lazy, scatter brained and lagging in my workouts. I am determined to start this year off right, get on track and keep myself motivated to keep the health that I have. Please advise me on what foods are good to have and eat to tone up, loose a few pounds and live my best life. I have been looking at your cooking videos, please let me know if you have grocery shopping lists or meal plans.
