Hi Sue! Great question and a great move for hubby to get some exercise going to help him. He can start by doing the extreme beginner routine daily until it gets "easy" - and then we can add more :-)

Hi Barbara! I'm assuming you're trying to connect a desktop or a laptop to the TV with the HDMI? Mac or a PC? You may need to select something on the device to send the video/audio to the TV.

Hi Rebecca! (you can also use the 'Community' link at the top of the site to post in the future - no need to use fb :-) I had tech support add you to the email system again so you should see the welcome email in your inbox and the suggested starting Sample Schedules to consider. But it looks like you found one that suits you. Have you started this 6-Day Schedule yet?
