What you want to do now is FOCUS on A Sample Schedule - and stick with it until it starts to get easy - and then we can look at a progression to another Sample Schedule.

First - check your email inboxes (promotions and bulk too) for the "Quick-Start" email as that has starting suggestions/links for Sample Schedule to begin with, etc. Let me know if you got that email and if what is in there is clear. Either way - let me know! And WHAT GOALS do you have from here forward?

Yvette cupeles - no, the recent sample videos are not in here as the format is different... different purposes.. but once you see the exercises - you can surely add them to any session in Total-Access. :-) YES - adding the exercises on a day where you are doing a longer lower body session is totally fine.
