Thanks, Jennifer Wieczenski! This is very helpful... I'll suggest you get started with the 6-Day Sample Schedule for your training program (link below)... You want to aim to train daily (at home is fine too if you have the basics there... mat bands, dumbbells, etc) ...
And you take "days off" when life demands it or you just feel like taking a "rest day". Here's the link - and if any questions - just post in here - and either way - keep me posted on how you do each day as you get started :-)Â https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/collection-6-day-intermediate-sample-schedule-complete-video-playlist?cid=2293634
NOTE - take this approach... DO WHAT YOU CAN - and leave out anything you can't currently do...AND if any particular session feels too easy - go through it 2X instead of 1X :-) Let me know if this is helpful as you get started :-)Â

Hi Lisa Marie Wilson - do your bands have door anchors or loop/furniture anchors? If so you want to use them that way. If not - you might want to get a good band kit http://bestbodybands.com/ as the results you get from them will be worth it MANY times over :-) Meantime - yes, you can use the dumbbell variation of the one-arm row.
