Linda Beadle - they are more cardio in nature.

Answer to Q1 is YES and yes the cardio is for burning off body-fat and health benefits

Answer to Q2 is YES - those cardio alternatives will be good too. (Question regarding your shoulder - have you ever done the rehab portion of my Shoulders for LIFE program in Total-Access?

Linda Beadle - understood - You mentioend this; "...I am wanting to just re-start all of this and be more diligent about it."Now that you're past the wrist thing, etc- the key is to focus and not be distracted by "other programs that promise results in X minutes, etc.." Those will always be enticing you... but you have to be patient and "diligent"...Start with the 6-day Sample Schedule for a few weeks... Be sure to add in my body-weight cardio videos 4-5 days a week, whenever you can fit them in... and without know all the other supplements you're taking - I'd at least cut out the collagen... there's nothing special about it, trust me. The marketing of it is very clever - but very misleading... It's a waste of money - especially if you're eating as well as you say. When do you start?

Loralee Thiessen - I don't know when the next production run will be yet. I'll be working no that once the supplement is launched. For pricing info click on the 'Product's link at the top of the site. (What country are you in?)

Loralee Thiessen - this sounds like the live training sessions of my own training I was doing when traveling (?)  But I also may have some outdoor/playground training video sessions we could possible add to Total-Access

Loralee Thiessen - awesome. Yes - good bands are a must. ( www.bestbodybands.com ) and a good dumbbell set would be a good start too.

Loralee Thiessen - perfect- I'd aim to do any one of the body-weight cardio sessions on those days. For example - you can easily fit this one in (maybe even go a little longer) https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/20-minute-liit-total-body-toning-cardio-session-intermediate-level and by getting these in consistently - you will feel and see changes as time progresses.. And to answer your original Q's... nothing different for training as per age, or menopause, etc...

Loralee Thiessen - training after supper is perfect - if that's the ideal time slot you have on any given day.... There were long periods of my life where my only choice was to train after dinner - before hitting the shower and getting into bed. And that worked perfectly.

Hi Linda Beadle  - have those joint issues you were dealing with a ways back been healed and you're good to go now?

Thanks, Robin! So one thing we want to do is add some cardio in several days a week? Can you fit a few 15-20 minutes cardio sessions in at home? How is the climate there for walking a few times a week?If your protein intake is decent - you can drop the collagen as it has to be broken down just like any other protein - so nothing actually special about it.Live this - what you say; "Tremendous improvements since I started your program." PLEASE tell me more :-) details...

Loralee Thiessen - ok so the first thing we need to look at is getting more training in on those other days... I'm assuming your schedule is tighter those days when you're not getting training in? If so - is it possible to fit some shorter training in those days? If so - how much time? Do you have 10 mins? 15? 23? How much?
