Yvette cupeles - I would start 'light'.. and then go up if/when the lighter bands feel too easy. There are a bunch of good options on this page - be sure to go with bands that have the nylon sleeves over them as this is much safer: https://amzn.to/4sYB4tv

Helpful info Yvette Rae. My first suggestions are to... 1- trim your protein intake to about 90gms per day. 2 - keep those great walks going and when you have time - do my body-weight cardio as this will bring toning/fat-loss results faster. 3 - get going with the 6-Day Sample Schedule and let me know how you do with each session. Good?

I’m not sure about the fire stick but you’ll want to download the app extension first… if you haven’t yet. Do you need iOS or Android? (And if you have Roku you can also access Total-Access there as well 🤓

gmjackson - they are very awkward and put the joints in compromising positions. The risk is not worth it as there are PLENTY other exercises (see my lower body programs) that give better results without the risk on the joints.
