While I'm not a fan of most types of "alternative" practitioners and their advice (I've seen COUNTLESS people misled, cheated and left with no improvements) - I'll just say if you feel the nutrition side can use some adjustments - just bring it up here and we can fine tune.

You are on the right track by starting with the 5-Day Sample Schedule. The best and easiest way to organize things for your personal needs is to mark any videos as a "favorite" (Add to Favorites) and this will create a new main category in the main program menu called Favorites :-) Keep me posted and any Q's just come post in here!
