ABSOLUTELY Jean Lochead! :-) Aim to do lower-body 2X per week. And make use of Naked Beauty as one of the sessions you do :-) For the other day you can do the Level 1 mat session from ULBHTM - but if it's too easy - either go through it TWICE...
