Yvette cupeles the short answer is yes - you can. But what you can't do is rush the rate of change of your body. So with all the factors you mentioned - continue doing the 6-Day SS and be *patient*. In 8 weeks there will be improvements... BUT - looking ahead into the future - the more time you are tending to your health/fitness with the right program - the more you will continue to see and feel results - inside and out. The fact that your arms have really improved is a clear sign your body is responding to this style of training.. the lower body typically takes more time :-)

Some people add it to their shakes (although I'm not a fan of mixed shakes) ...and some people use it as part of a "phantom fast" strategy... so on those days it would technically be a "replacement for breakfast".

Have you downloaded the app extension yet? In both the web version and app extension - you have a Calendar function... you can go to any video and 'Add to Calendar' on the day you want to do a certain video(s). So it's a step above just a playlist... you are actually putting the exact videos you want to do into your schedule - and you can click the video link right from your calendar when it's time to do your training :-)

Louise Davies - if have water bottles or soup cans... or similar - try using them first as they might be enough :-)

Hi Louise Davies!! I would focus on both... the body-weight toning cardio videos - and the resistance training (bodyweight and bands). Since you're under time/schedule constraints - choose sessions that fit for you, time-wise.. And just do the best you can - while enjoying your vacation :-)

Suzan Parker - I've found that shorter workouts focusing on one body part - generally speaking - give better results in terms of physique augmentation. But - there are also times when it's good to use longer sessions covering several muscle groups/body-zones.... (some of the Sample Schedules are structured this way... using both methods).
