Hi Michelle Wood ! Great question! I have some questions for you so I can answer better… 1 - have you been monitoring your bone-density levels for the last few years? If so can you share the numbers?

2 - what training schedule have you been following recently? Have you been consistent? And are you using any dumbbells on certain exercises? (Note - you do not need to train “heavy” in order to get the desired outcome of bone density building.

3 - what does your daily protein intake look like? How many grams a day are you getting and what is your body weight?

4 - what supplements are you currently taking?

Tj Roma - got it. Thank you. If you haven't yet - you might want to take "before" photos for your own future reference. (Front, both side views and back) If so - take them in a place in your home that will be easy to retake again in the future - so the comparison will be similar in context... lighting, etc.

Tj Roma ah yes! I remember now. So - for context when did the cellulite become an issue? And age, height, weight? And if you know your body-fat % ?

Tj Roma - Excellent! for some reason your previous reply is not here.. weird. Can you repost it? .... For the Elixir Mixer - aim to take it in the morning - or  before noon - preferably on an empty stomach. Use about 12-14 ounces of cold water - or a light beverage.. i.e. - some people like putting it in coconut water.  And you can drink it slowly - no need to guzzle it :-) Cool?

Yes, Linda Beadle  - 45-60 mins for lower-body training. upper body and core/abs - 15-20 mins minimum... 30 mins ideal...... Long brisk walk is a good cardio option - but you still want to keep some of the other options going through the course of each week.

Tj Roma oooh perfect!! Ok stick with the 3x Naked-Beauty for 2 more weeks and then come back and let me know how things are feeling— at that point it would be good timing to start incorporating the other lower-body training sessions. Also - I just saw you ordered the Elixir Mixer supplement- great move!! Be sure to come in here and let me know when it arrives- I’ll have some tips for you on usage 🤓💪🏼. Also - can you share what your specific goals are? Short term and long?

QUESTION - on the days you're doing the Naked-Beauty routine - how many times are you going through it and how are you feeling with it? ...too easy now, still a challenge, etc?

Linda Beadle - yes - some of them are even confused in their own understanding :-)
