Lisa Fort - Hi Lisa! Yes - the main session / symulast method... you can use either the first video at top of playlist or the one right under it. For midsection/abs/core - aim for 2 days per week... 3 if time allows... start with the Sexy-Stomach video in the Naked-Beauty playlist (see how many times you can go through the routine in order to "feel" like you've gotten a good session in.... after a few weeks you can start trying/adding the other midsection training videos from Total-Access :-) Keep me posted here! :-)
