Hi Joe, can I ask you about the Schedule. I choose schedule 1 of the naked beauty. My Legs did hurt so much yesterday that I couldnt do anymore excercise for them I gave it a rest day LOL. Is the naked Beauty routine pretty much all I need to reverse the cellulite that I have on my whole body?

One more question. As i only just started is is best to stick with the naked beauty schedule ? Or do you suggest doing different things. My Main approach is the cellulite and eventually the whole body

Hi,

Iam a little confused about the food and nutritional intake ! Do i need to watch all your cooking videos? Can i just go by the 50/30/10 rule? and how many times a day would you have a full meal? or do you snack? meaning on good healthy snacks? I would love a overview on what to do in this compartment! If i was in the US i would by your Nutritional drink but its soo much shipping cost to Ausralia so iam trying to find something similar that can work. Can you assist?
