My short term goals are reversing cellulite, and my long term goals are keeping the body that way. I know everyone talks about that that is eventually on the back burner, but cellulite appears for me on arms belly and all over the legs, and I life in the tropics. I want to wear shorts and put bathers on feeling myself. I want to participate in family gatherings and not hide anymore! I have been working on my mental health for 5 years now, I tried your program 5 years ago and wasnt able to even overview what i had to do. I feel really capable now and Iam excited for my food intake and exercises. I started fasting as well. So that part is on track. I am just happy that i found some people that are saying you can reverse Cellulite, it gives me hope that i can do it too. :).
