I read about moving away from artificial sweeteners. In which I drink one Celsius in the morning for energy and has that I am looking for an alternative that has natural sweetener like stevia. As far as breakfast I normally eat one whole egg with 2 egg whites along with quinoa and some diced peppers. I try to get more protein with each meal aiming for 20 or 30 grams at each meal. I try to incorporate lean meat such as turkey, ground beef or chicken, some veggies although not very good with getting a lot veggies in the day and a complex carb like sweet potato or brown or wild rice. I had my gallbladder removed on May 22nd so I tend to go with leaner meat not higher fat. I am a late night snacked which is terrible. Not sure if I’m missing some nutrients in my meals that causes this. The workout plan would be the intermediate workout to start with.

Hello I am new and a little confused on the nutrition plan. Those of you on it what is a typical day of breakfast, lunch and dinner? I am also not fully plant based. I still eat animal protein. How do I still incorporate this into meals? I see a lot recipes are for plant based or fish. It seems overwhelming on the food. Where should I start? I normally wake at 6:30 am and am at work at 8:30. I normally don’t eat breakfast until I get to work. Do I need to wait until later in day to eat? Any help would be appreciated. I also have some organic spices but not everything is. I plan to switch them as I run out. It’s too expensive to buy every spice all at once.
