Joey A. No, it was Christi Anna the IFBB pro vid that was in the email. Anyway, no matter! 🤷‍♂️.

Yes, I am aiming right back to maintenance weight🎯. I'm not a fan of the scales other than that.

Great! It'll be nice to see some other's progress💪💪🙌

Trudy V. Hi, you'll be well looked after by Joey A. It's super easy once you find your way around. 💫

Joann I started here on the 6 day program. However, you'll see in my first post that I am transitioning from a bodybuilding background, so it's all new to me too!😅 I've had quite a layoff from the gym and this is the perfect sweet spot for getting me on track but differently!👌

Joey A. I am 5ft 5 and a low 7st 8lbs presently. My maintenance weight is 8 - 8st 2lbs normally. Pretty standard place for me.

Yes, I'm used to 6-8 rep ranges on 3 x "working sets" so cool with that and I have every bit of kit at home....apart from yours!😅, so weight is no problem.

I had assumed the email was the one I received early this morning with the IFBB Pro in. I sat and watched that. Little did I know hey?😅....Nice!

So.....today was week 3 Day 1 floor and standing sessions. I added reps to 10 where necessary and did 2 or 3 rounds of each exercise.

I definitely need to add weight/resistance now to these otherwise the volume will become too high and so will the duration!😅😅

The moves are much easier and my muscle memory is kicking in now....I can feel it💪👌👌 I am reminded of how much I LOVE working Calves.

Joey A. My gluteal fold is improving🙏 but I've lost a lot of my "shelf" glute med/max due to weight loss. Best band/bodyweight suggestions for me to go to here?

Soooo, yesterday was a heavy work day and I knew by the end of it that I wouldn't be training shoulders for my Day 5, just a great dinner instead😅

I always have a forward plan, so this morning I did my Shoulders (Day 5) and Biceps/Triceps (Day 6) in one session. Sweet!👌. Total of just over 1 hour with a bit of fast forwarding now that I'm getting familiar with it.

I can still feel a bit of DOMS from Glutes on Day 4 so I'm super happy with the work and I'm heading in the right direction.

What was on my plate last night? Hot Kiln roasted lemon and pepper salmon, tomatoes from my garden and herb crusted, air fried new potatoes (all from my garden too) with an avocado oil natural mayo that I added lemon to for a zesty kick.

Week 3 day 1 tomorrow and I'm going to start increasing my circuit repetitions and resistance.

PS. Great profile pic Joey A.
