Joey A. Im tuning in from Nashville, Tennessee.  I joined a week ago but been following and using videos off and on for a while.  My 9 yo grandson made a comment about my “bat wings” and lit a fire under me to get more consistent with my workouts!  I’m 54yo am in pretty good health, and fight aging tooth and nail!!!!
