I am just starting my 2nd week of the 5-Day SS this morning. After reviewing the 80 easy I would like to know when I should consider doing this? I did the body weight cardio yesterday after completing my first week of the 5-day SS.  Should I continue the cardio and the 5-Day SS and hold off the 80 easy?
