Yes I am training every morning before my day starts. Also in the evening I will finish if I am pressed for time in the morning and I do not totally finish. I can easily fail if I miss a day or more it has happened many times in the past. Then I struggle to motivate myself to restart. So I stay the course each and every day knowing slow and steady wins!! I am already seeing some benefits from the training!!! So encouraging to have a training plan that works as you promise. Thank YOU

I am fully committed to myself on getting healthier and I know that for me it takes discipline and the mind set.

Hi Joey Thank you for your quick responses OK sounds great.  I received your supplement today!!! WOW that was fast as I had just placed the order on Friday. I liked the discount and did sign up for auto delivery. I am currently out of town and will start that next week.

I took the challenge and for the first time doing this one as you suggested. I used 3lb weights I was going to use 5lbs but opted out for the first go at it. I felt the heart rate increased and broke out at sweat. I kept pushing myself and got through it . It felt Amazing!!  This one is a favorite :)) Thank you!!

I will start my 2nd week of the 5-day SS on tomorrow

 I do 15-20 minutes Tia Chi every morning for the past 2 months.  I am interested in doing your indoor cardio toning video. Would I just do a search for this? Also How often would I do this? I just completed the Beginner 5 day program and will continue to do this until it becomes easier for me. I have learned so much from your videos in 10 days then I have watching and doing countless work out videos that were fast and hard without out any results to show for my effort so I stop and kept searching until I saw you on You Tube.

Joey A. Yes I actually started 3 days ago the Beginner 5 day Schedule Level 1  How long do I continue doing this Schedule before I advance to the next level ?  I am so happy I had ran across one of your You Tube video's and here I am ready to see what I can accomplish at 67 to increase strength and become more flexible. I am looking to tone and lose the belly fat!! I had worked so hard about 3 years ago and lost 49 pounds. I started to fall back into eating the wrong foods slacked off on working out and then we know what happens.... Yep I'm feeling sluggish and have gained almost 15 pounds back.  You are so encouraging and have given me the motivation to get back on track.

I just started Day 1 of the beginner 5 day workout this morning and Wow I really felt it in a good way!!! I am 67 years of age and I finally decided to get serious about getting toned and more flexible. I would like to get my arms and thighs toned. My belly fat is something also I want to tone.  I am really looking forward to see the changes in my body. More importantly to get stronger and be able to get up from sitting on floor. I am so thankful I stumbled across you on You Tube.
