I am wondering if 6 days of shorter workouts focusing on one body part is more beneficial than working several body parts (longer work outs) …Also…I did not hear alternatives in the Day 3 workouts provided in the 6 day program, so the only one I used was the one where you demonstrate core exercises without any equipment. That is the the one I did 2 x’s.Â
Thank you...one more question...As I start to implement this program...I am also rehabing from a high ankle sprain from pickle ball...are these exercises ok to do AND do you stretch prior to the video for the day?
