I am wondering if 6 days of shorter workouts focusing on one body part is more beneficial than working several body parts (longer work outs) …Also…I did not hear alternatives in the Day 3 workouts provided in the 6 day program, so the only one I used was the one where you demonstrate core exercises without any equipment. That is the the one I did 2 x’s.

Hi Joey. I have now moved to the 6 day program. I was on day 3 and found that there is only one core video that does not require the sculptafit gym. Should I be adding another video to this core workout to get a sufficient workout...I did it two times through today. This is my first week through with 6 day plan ...my plan is also to purchase the Elixir I see on your website.   Are shorter workouts daily as effective as two days of more body part workouts? Thank you.

I appreciate the where to start with the 5 day beginners...It sounds like when you are able to move through each workout repeating three times with little effort you should move on to the intermediate?

How do you purchase a home gym…there are exercises that I am unable to do with just my furniture….😀

Thank you...one more question...As I start to implement this program...I am also rehabing from a high ankle sprain from pickle ball...are these exercises ok to do AND do you stretch prior to the video for the day?

Can someone tell me how to move through this program...I'd like to see the schedule for when to do what video on what day. There is a lot of information and I do not know how to organize an approach.
