Thank you for your quick reply Joey. So appreciated. I’ll be honest I have been focusing on my glutes most about 2/3 x a week. But I have only recently started so not a whole lot of time spent so far -about a month now. I do love your Ultimate leg, glute, hip, thigh level 2 standing up and matt exercises so was hoping to continue those. I do have a step up box at home and I love that one as I can do endless exercises on that for the entire body. But I feel like I need something really specific for tightening my knees. Like super specific. I don’t have any joint injuries but I do feel achy daily - thinking menopause might be the issue. But I can push thru no worries 👍😄 Thank you!!
