I drink the 8 glasses of water because that's what I've heard, but some days I am actually thirsty enough to drink that much. I do use organic seasonings and oils like olive oil and coconut oil for cooking. My seasonings include Himalayan sea salt, turmeric, cayenne, coriander, garlic, paprika, chili pepper, and ginger – anything I find works well without causing bloating.

I would be eliminating the collagen as you suggested.

Do you think  adding a green food supplement due to the fact that I don't eat enough vegetables or a multivitamin is necessary?

My blood work is great.   I don't want to take any unnecessary supplements.

Do you have any suggestions on knee compression  to relieve pain while I do the excessive.? My right knee has a little pain on the left side .

I am very excited about this program . I can't wait to see the results . Already see the difference in strength compared to the first day I started. Love it . Thank you for caring about Midlife .🙂

Hi Joey,

I have been doing NB for 2 weeks now . 

Breakfast 

8;00 am.Coffee with coconut milk and 1/2 scoop of collagen no sugar.Plain Greek yogurt ,blueberries ,I tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup of grape nuts .

On other days I would do Oatmeal ,pecans ,chia seeds 

or Eggs and avocado 

snack before lunch  nuts or fruits

Lunch between 12;00 and 1;00 

Do a protein with salad without dressing just MST oil or sweet potatoes ,rice or pasta.

snack before dinner if hungry Fruit or nuts or might do a protein shake if needed.

Exercise after work at 5:00

Dinner 6;00 to 7;30

Protein with salad or vegetables  and a carb like Rice 1 cup ,sweet potatoes ,plantain ,pasta .

I drink 8 glasses of water daily .

 Thank you for responding it means a lot to me . I definitely want to be in better shape and get rid of any cellulite that has been bothering me for years.
