Three months into the exercise routine. All areas have improved, even the ones I wasn't paying attention to, like the glutes. Let me focus on the neck for a few weeks and then give more feedback after I finish reading fatness to fitness.

Heading to Week 8. Tummy is smaller, cardio got better, I now vary speed. I am also trying out the recipes as I explore the Joey Atlas world

I have been  a fan since 2012, I have always looked up to you. I settled on a routine that worked out for me until I decided to take my fitness to another level this year and signed up for the free trial. One week into it and I look forward to my morning work out with your videos.
