Joey A. I made it look too easy. I spent two months doing level 1A first. I am glad I am among the ones who got results fast.

Joey A. It took exactly 3 sessions of 1A and 1B combination to clear the cellulite. Another satisfied client

Joey A. Looking forward to it

Joey A. The thighs are well sculpted. When I started I moved to advanced too fast and gave myself cellulite that I didn't have before. I started doing level 2months ago and most of it has disappeared. I work out the lower body twice a week, Monday and Thursday. I pay attention to the soreness so that I don't push too hard.

I like how you always plan ahead. I am copying that habit.

We pray for a quick recovery. Your videos will keep us busy meanwhile

Joey A. Check out the neck progress

Joey A. My chest pushes forward naturally when I am walking, gives effortless confidence.

My tummy is almost flat, it had stubborn belly fat and weak muscles before.

My neck was starting to build up some fat but the fat is almost gone now. I used to exercise the whole body at one go before I switched to your gentle ways. Now I exercise each body part twice a week and I am seeing changes fast.

Joey Atlas I finished reading it a few days ago. Now I know about calories and how much i need a day. I will go autopilot for a while. I exercise each body part twice a week. I hope that's good enough for now.
