Joey Atlas ok- I actually love the workouts. The second lower body video took a little balancing to bend forward like that-but I will get it.  The exercises seem easy on the surface and the next day you really feel it.  I am doing a few more reps. (My mind can’t wrap around only doing 8 reps-yet).  What I love is this is something very manageable in my day.  

Yes, I completed day 1 mat and standing.  Completed day 2 upper body videos.  About to start day 3

Ok I worked on the 6 day schedule you gave me last night.  I took before pictures too.  Do I only do the number of reps you do?  When I got in shape before I would do three sets of 12 of everything or to failure.  I know I have so many questions, I just want to do it correct.  

The thing that impressed me about your YouTube is you state you don’t have to do beast mode and that is exactly how my trainer trained me in the past.  It worked but mentally and physically killed me.

Yes I believe I could go both now. I might be sore the next day.  Lol!  I want to get in great shape.  I just do not want to do three hours a day. Ha!  I am hoping with your help I can do about an hour or 90 minutes a day.

I got in the best shape of my life at the age of 50 but I had to work out two to three hours a day. So I quit and just went to walking.  I am about to turn 60 in a year and I want to get I. The best shape again, but not working out three hours a day.  I want it sustainable.
