Joey Atlas As far as my arms. I need to tone the flabby tricep area. I have the âbatâ wings Iâm working on getting rid of and want them toned. I have Total Access Membership and Naked Beauty Online and have been doing the Naked Beauty tightly toned arms on my workout schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays (3x) and then do your Bat Wings Video for flabby arms using the Stoop stretchy orange bands you recommended on Thursdayâs . I want to start doing this video for my arms as well. Iâm already noticing my arms are becoming more toned and defined. I also purchased the push-up stands so I can protect my wrists ( I am petite and I have small wrists) when I do my push-ups. These are fantastic! My wrists donât hurt-gotta love it! He told me since itâs only 18 minutes he can commit to thatđ€ŁHe already has a physically demanding job so getting him to workout after work is tough but he is doing it with me on the weekends!
