Hello Joey,

I just received an email today titled "4 Easy moves to Tone, Sculpt & Strengthen Your Upper Body at Home. In the email it advertised that Access Members would have access to the Simplified Progress Tracking Protocol and Body-Comp Video. My question is this. I am a Scultpta Fit Access Member and I don't see the video for The ATLAS Simplified Progress Tracking Protocol and Body-Comp Video populated in any of the programs or Personal Training Session Videos on my Dashboard.  Please provide or advise where I can find it?  I would like to look into this.  I had already gone ahead and purchased the RENPHO Body composition scale you recommended and now I see this.  Which is better?  I can return the RENPHO model as I have not used yet.  Please advise.  Thank you for your time and appreciate your "weighing" in on this. LOL!

Joey Atlas As far as my arms. I need to tone the flabby tricep area. I have the “bat” wings I’m working on getting rid of and want them toned. I have Total Access Membership and Naked Beauty Online and have been doing the Naked Beauty tightly toned arms on my workout schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays (3x) and then do your Bat Wings Video for flabby arms using the Stoop stretchy orange bands you recommended on Thursday’s . I want to start doing this video for my arms as well. I’m already noticing my arms are becoming more toned and defined. I also purchased the push-up stands so I can protect my wrists ( I am petite and I have small wrists) when I do my push-ups. These are fantastic! My wrists don’t hurt-gotta love it! Thank you for the link for the suspension straps. Appreciate all your wisdom and sane and gentle workouts. They are fantastic for this 60 year old who wants to stay fit and healthy for her husband and future grand kiddosâ˜șYour a gem ,Joey. All the best to you. P.S Got my hubby to start doing the Anti Cellulite Cardio Up and Downs with me while watching TV on a couple nights a week. He told me since it’s only 18 minutes he can commit to thatđŸ€ŁHe already has a physically demanding job so getting him to workout after work is tough but he is doing it with me on the weekends!

Hello Joey,

Thank you for another great upper arm and body workout!  I want to use the suspension straps and donŽt have any for at home use with a door.  The link you provided no longer has the item.  Is there another product with link you can recommend.  Thank you so much!  Really enjoying my workouts!
