Hey Joey, I did Total body Toning session level 2 today and I absolutely LOVE it!! I was just curious to know if the last exercise is more cardio or Toning or a mixture of both? I think it might be a mixture of both ๐ I could really feel it in my glutes and thigh when pushing back up to standing with the weights

I have a question though, with the top leg out in front lift I couldnโt keep the leg straight, I had to bend my knee for balance because I was using my ankle weights and the weight of them was pulling me over, does that matter?
I did this one today and Iโve only done it about twice before and I absolutely loved it!! It fitted great today because I missed 2 days training so incorporating Abs and lower body in one session was just what I needed ๐
The move near the end of the video where you lie on your back and put your ankles on your sofa and lift your hips off the ground and then bring 1 leg off the sofa straight up towards your face, is that meant to be an Ab move or lower body move, I think I felt it in my hamstrings in the leg that was still on the sofa when lifting the other leg up towards me?

Would this work with a fresh piece of salmon too? Iโve never fancied eating tinned salmon as it smells so strong
Wow just finished this one and the endorphins are flowing, my step was almost 2 inches higher this time so was pretty challenging, I usually take about 10-15 seconds break between each set as I need it phew ๐ I use 2 6 lb dumbbells for the step up and an 8 lb dumbbell for the V-draw and TBudโs. Thank you Joey for the Awesome and effective session and now itโs time for me to do a much needed stretch, then hit the shower! ๐
