Joey Atlas My lower body feels good and like it had a good workout yesterday and I can feel it in my hamstrings but Iโm not aching as much as I thought I would. Thank you for asking Joey ๐

Hi Joey, I just did this workout twice through, and Iโve always wondered but didnโt post to ask before, but are you meant to feel the reverse plank in the hamstrings? As I really feel it a lot there when I lift up and hold in that position, (probably more than my back) and I notice that the move feels different depending on how far away my heels are from my body, and Iโm also wondering if itโs ok to vary that position? or does your heels have to be a certain distance away from you?
Also is it normal for your front thighs to ache on the exercises where youโre one knee is bent and kept there? as mine aches
Kind Regards
Louise
