Current weekly training:  ULBHTM  Mon/Wed/Fri. including the exercise with one leg on a chair, lifting myself off the floor using that leg; as fire hydrant/clam shell (15 slow reps) ea.  Sun/Tues/Thurs Tightly Toned Arms (1x through with additional exercises from Total Body Toner) & Flat Sexy Stomach 2x's through. Nutrition, home cooked meals from scratch.  No processed foods/fast foods. I made the super soup (leek, swiss hard, fennel) and everyone loved it.  But we're not over-the-top with this. We enjoy things like home made pizza etc. Supplements are 1tbsp ea of flax, hemp, psyillium, bovine collagen.  Flax & psyllium to regulate cholesterol (husband prone to higher levels); hemp & psyllium for eye health (I'm on macular degeneration watch).  Collagen because of age.  Vitamins include C, D & Omega 3 complex. Family doctor approves of these supplements/vitamins.  Tremendous improvements since I started your program. Yes, the abductor magnus (always have had problem with this).

To answer your questions regarding this inquiry, I started NB Jan 1/23 and then ULBHTM around Mar/April (don't remember exactly). Any cardio I get is within those 2 programs. I have an elliptical machine that I'm not using.  I don't know my body comp and I'm 5"5", 133lb and 64yrs.

I exercise following Naked Beauty and ULBHTM 3x's week for the lower body.  I googled targeting the muscle at the very top of the inner thigh, either called the gracilis or abductor magnus (not sure).  My research indicated that this "fat" is something you are genetically disposed to and can do nothing about.  However, research also indicates this about cellulite which is false.  Are there any exercises I can do to specifically target this "blob of fat" of the top inner thigh.?

Thanks for any help.  Robin
