Hello, glad to have found gentle weight training from home by focusing on simple exercises daily. After years of strength training at the gym utiliizing a simple routine of Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press I look forward to transitioning to more of a gentle strength training routine.  From what I've seen on YouTube I went ahead and purchased the $19 a month program. I am challenged with the navigation of the program. I would like to begin with learning the exercises involved. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. All three would be excellent to learn beginning with Beginner. Would you kindly direct me. The nutrition is another crucial aspect, however I've been a stay-at-home wife and homeschool mother for the last 29 years preparing and eating nutritious and delicious meals so I'm good on that at the moment. My immediate focus is to learn the exercise program. It seems a bit complicated to navigate. Not sure if I logged in correctly. Any help with a step by step process and where to find the exercise programs without all the extra, for now, would be appreciated. Thank You for your diligence in creating this simple program. God Bless you all
Hi Joey. I have now moved to the 6 day program. I was on day 3 and found that there is only one core video that does not require the sculptafit gym. Should I be adding another video to this core workout to get a sufficient workout...I did it two times through today. This is my first week through with 6 day plan ...my plan is also to purchase the Elixir I see on your website.  Are shorter workouts daily as effective as two days of more body part workouts? Thank you.Â
Hi! I'm new to the program and plan to start workouts tomorrow. I did the toned at home workouts with a few micro workouts added for a couple weeks and decided to join. I plan to start with the 6 day workout schedule.
Hi, newbie here. Found you on YouTube Tube. I am coming off of a lift as heavy as you can type program. My shoulder soreness is down, IT band is good right now, but lingering very mild left low back and very mild left hip bursitis. New sensation from time to time is like a spider crawling on my knee that is there some days and not the others. Where do you recommend I start? Glad to have found you .

Hi. I'm confused by the site setup. I came across you on YouTube and love your exercises I can do with no equipment so I signed up thinking I could find them here. But I am not easily finding workouts that are separate from having a gym system. Do you have a collection of non-equipment workouts?Â
