Joey Atlas I did have a question, my main focus is on the lower body (hips/thighs/glutes) - how often should I do the sessions that are primarily focused on these areas vs the total body? Are there any additional lower body workouts you think I should incorporate into my exercise program?

Should there be any rest days in between (or days I do other exercises such as the elliptical or going for a walk/jog)?

I am trying to make a schedule / plan on how best to move forward. I would really appreciate any advice you can provide!

Joey Atlas update on my progress below: I restarted the exercise program this past week - and have now completed the 6-Day Intermediate Sample Set.

For the workouts I followed the video instructions, there were some exercises that I had to modify a bit such as the Joeys / T-Buds ;) with one leg push up (The Fiery Five Advanced Bodyweight LIIT Cardio Session) - I can't actual do any push ups at the moment (I think I lack some strength to do them) so I instead just did a plank position, raised one leg, and then did the remainder of the Joey exercise. In some sessions you had suggested, that the video/exercises could be repeated additional times. For my first time I just did them once through - but this is something I would build on moving forward.

Overall this was challenging but I think it was the appropriate level for me right now - whilst still having room to improve.

Hi Joey Atlas, I wanted to send a apology + update. I am very sorry for my late response: I unfortunately, had to travel unexpectedly for a family concern (all okay now thankfully) - I arrived back end of April and was struggling with Jet Lag for a couple of days - but I have since gotten back to working out. I am disappointed in myself for not being able to keep up with the exercise program but I am now back on track.

Joey Atlas Hi Joey, thank you! I found the beginners workouts not too easy but not too hard either - sort of in the middle. I did feel a bit sore, especially after the lower body and abs/core workouts - those were the most challenging! I think I am going to try the intermediate program 🤞, I will let you know how it goes!

Joey Atlas Hi Joey update from my end:

I have completed the beginner series 1! I did the workouts from  Monday - Friday (sometimes in the morning before work, sometimes right after work) 

I did also get the resistance bands from Amazon in time for the upper body workout.

I enjoyed the workouts! Do you have a recommendation on what I should tackle next?

Hi Joey, thank you for the follow up, and link for the bands - I just ordered some so should hopefully have them tomorrow. I unfortunately faltered a bit on the weekend :( - but I am back on track today (Monday), I re-started at Day 1 - and aiming to have all the workouts from the 1st sample schedule complete by Friday 🤞

Hi Joey, Thank you for the 1-1 session yesterday. Today's workout: Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip & Thigh Makeover: Level 1 - Mat Training Session. Looking forward to the next workout tomorrow!
