Joey Atlas update on my progress below: I restarted the exercise program this past week - and have now completed the 6-Day Intermediate Sample Set.
For the workouts I followed the video instructions, there were some exercises that I had to modify a bit such as the Joeys / T-Buds ;) with one leg push up (The Fiery Five Advanced Bodyweight LIIT Cardio Session) - I can't actual do any push ups at the moment (I think I lack some strength to do them) so I instead just did a plank position, raised one leg, and then did the remainder of the Joey exercise. In some sessions you had suggested, that the video/exercises could be repeated additional times. For my first time I just did them once through - but this is something I would build on moving forward.
Overall this was challenging but I think it was the appropriate level for me right now - whilst still having room to improve.

Joey Atlas I did have a question, my main focus is on the lower body (hips/thighs/glutes) - how often should I do the sessions that are primarily focused on these areas vs the total body? Are there any additional lower body workouts you think I should incorporate into my exercise program?
Should there be any rest days in between (or days I do other exercises such as the elliptical or going for a walk/jog)?
I am trying to make a schedule / plan on how best to move forward. I would really appreciate any advice you can provide!
