I eat mostly eggs, fish, turkey and/or meat (a few times a week, I like Bison) for my proteins.  Usually I eat at least 3-4 ounces of each twice a day with salads and vegetables.  I pretty much stay away from snacking or if I do I eat pistachios and sunflower seeds.  And I add nuts sometimes to salads.  I don't have any weight problems and pretty much  never have had any weight problems, except I did gain 42 pounds of baby at 39 years! That took some time to get back to a good weight..  I feel that I am eating the best that I have eaten.  But I don't diet and I  mostly eat this way  for my skin and aging skin.  I'm not a big drinker, but I like sweets.  I am short 5'0 and I think I weigh (don't usually weigh myself) about 100 pounds.  So having the short waist and previous belly baby has  motivated me to work on abs and when I saw your program, I felt that it was a better full body workout.  Any suggestions?

Well I am in fairly good shape, but I have been working with your videos for about two years and I have improved strength and physique overall and I am happy with the results.  I really want to build more muscle which is hard to do at 66.  So doubling up on the sets that use the weights sounds good.  I'll let you know when I get the bands.  You seem to prefer bands over weights.  Is it because of less chance of injuries?  Thank you for answering.  You are such a hard worker!  I really appreciate it!

I am trying to stay with the weights at the moment as the bands are a little expensive and I live in a rental unit and I'm kind of concerned about ruining the doors or door jams.  But is there a hook in this kit for the door?    And could I use it on a sliding door?

First of all, I love the videos and being able to work out at home.  I have some bands, but I don't have them so they can hang on the door.  I am only able to attach them to a waist high range.  I worked out with the "how to tone, strengthen a flabby body video" and I wanted to know how to do all of the exercises with free weights rather than bands, although as mentioned  I could do some of the exercises with my bands.   Can you direct me to a training for chest that just uses only weights?  Or is it still effective to just do sets that you demonstrated with weights?

without the bands?  And what would I need to be able to purchase bands and attachments for the door?  Thank you!!

Hi! You have so many exercises with the bands. Is it effective to do these band exercises with a weight. For example you were demonstrating a shoulder/back exercise with the band and I would like to use a weight because I don't have a band.
