Hi Joey,

Do you have a video for using the 18" cloth hangers?

I now have the bands.  I see how to attach them to the door, but what do I do with the cloth anchors? I was sent two 18" cloth hangers.  I am just going to be using the bands on a door as I don't have the sculptafit gym structure.  Maybe you can share a video or suggest which video that you might use them?  Thank you!

Hi Joey!

I think that you posted this somewhere, but which kit for the body bands is best to purchase and where do I purchase your supplement Elixir-Mixer?

Gina Crubaugh Well, I have to admit I do have cream in my one cup of coffee, but mostly I cook with olive oil, avocado oil or ghee, sometimes butter.  I pretty much make my own salad dressings and I always use olive oil.   How much more protein in terms of ounces would be good?  How do I know if that is adequate?  Blood tests? And which ones?  I know a while back you posted your lab results, but I don't recall what you tested. Thank you again.

I think what also bothers me as I age is the looser skin, probably more from sun damage.  But protein suggestions on amounts for building more would be helpful.  I don't really do protein drinks because of the sugars, and I don't really like any sweeteners other than real sugar which I try to really limit.  I don't really think any of them are better tasting than "real" sugar.   That is one reason I haven't used your formula.  I don't know if you know much about Don Tyson, Montiff products, but he has an excellent amino acid formula.  I'm just always unsure about how many capsules to take to build muscle.  Don used to work with body builders in the 80's  to promote non-steroid muscle building.  I am always on a fitness journey and any suggestions are appreciated.

to Joey

I eat mostly eggs, fish, turkey and/or meat (a few times a week, I like Bison) for my proteins.  Usually I eat at least 3-4 ounces of each twice a day with salads and vegetables.  I pretty much stay away from snacking or if I do I eat pistachios and sunflower seeds.  And I add nuts sometimes to salads.  I don't have any weight problems and pretty much  never have had any weight problems, except I did gain 42 pounds of baby at 39 years! That took some time to get back to a good weight..  I feel that I am eating the best that I have eaten.  But I don't diet and I  mostly eat this way  for my skin and aging skin.  I'm not a big drinker, but I like sweets.  I am short 5'0 and I think I weigh (don't usually weigh myself) about 100 pounds.  So having the short waist and previous belly baby has  motivated me to work on abs and when I saw your program, I felt that it was a better full body workout.  Any suggestions?
