Joey, my doctor wanted me to start right away with the calcium and D, so I bought the Kirkland brand. Didn't have time to do the research beforehand. I wanted to start getting the supplementation in. Once those are done, I'll get a better brand.

500 calcium, 5000 IU of D3, not sure of the brands.

Good morning, Linda. Fascia is not something you want to break down. It is necessary. Please check out this link to a FB group where many, many individuals have had terrible effects from that tool. Joey brought this group to our attention. Stick with Joey's training, it's so much better and healthier.
