Great question, Kelli! a few options: 1 - you can do ALLLLLLLLL the training session videos that don't require the Home-Gym System. 2 - You can find ways to do them by making modifications at home. (some members do that - you can ask them in the facebook members group how they do it). 3 - you can buy the Home-Gym System when we do the next round of pre-orders.
