Angela Vescovo-Dickten - have you moved to some of the other lower body videos? Or still doing the mat session level 1 as your main lower body session? If they don't improve I would get in to see an orthopedist for an eval. Your knees should be much stronger and capable at this point. Especially since you haven't been doing anything heavy or excessive.

Great move, Susan Geiger!! Are you taking anything else..? collagen, gummies, protein powders, etc..?

I'd set it aside - it's been around a long time but I've never seen it live up to its promises... Better to focus on proper training - good nutrition and food-based foundational supplement like the Elixir Mixer.

Do you have a good band kit for when you're on the road? Gotta have a good set...

How long are you typically no the road for? And what region of the country - assuming you're in the USA. (asking to try helping with food choices, etc)

Do you sleep in the rig while on the road?

Do you remember how you discovered me?

Love the feedback on the method - and that you're feeling the 'work' without destroying yourself. Awesome.

To answer your question... It's possible - BUT - having the variety for long term progression and training stimulus - using the other lower body training sessions in conjunction with NB is the ultimate solution for best results - both short term and long :-)
