Hi Peggy M.!! On may 11th the day you sigend up you should have rcvd an email titled; "Important "QUICK-START" for your Total-Access w/ Joey Atlas...." - that email have starting instructions... If you didn't open it or were not ready to start - no problem... Just tell me a bit about yourself... fitness status... you most important short term and long term goals - and any limitations, joint issues, etc..

Hi Teffiny L.!  I just took a look and it appears you haven't used your programs much. What goals did you have that made you want to join in the first place? Maybe you had trouble choosing the appropriate playlist for getting started? Let me know as I'd rather point you in the right directing so you can start getting the improvements you desire - instead of you staying stuck out there in the "fitness wild" and things just getting worse.

Shawne L. Got it ok, yes the thigh exercises BUT - you don't want to over do them... this is about balance, and training the whole body in a progressive manner so EVERYTHING improves gradually with less risk of injury. When the 5-Day starts to get noticeably easier than when you started - then it's time to consider a progression. Make sense?

Lucy Yes - no matter where you add it from - in the app on your mobile devices or on the web version - the calendar is synced... so after you refresh you should see any session you've added to your calendar showing in all your devices :-) (to do it on the web version - just go to the video(s) you want to add and click 'Add to Calendar'
