One set is for doorways and the other sets is for looping around any structure that is sturdy enough to hold up to how you are using the bands.

The bands can be used without the SCULPTAFIT home-gym system.. LOTS of people have the band kit without the home-gym as they are made to be used with - or without.. (they come with 2 sets of anchors to be used in various ways.) :-)

Are you against investing in the bands? (they will help you TREMENDOUSLY). I think it's free shipping in the USA this week too...

It's not ideal - so I'll ask - can you do any body-weight cardio? Do you have any other cardio machine options? Do you have a step-box at home? (Do you only have Naked Beauty? Or Total-Access?)
