Steve!! Welcome and God bless on all that you're doing!! Love it... YESSS!!! you can totally make the salad dressing(s) in a bigger batch to have quick access for the week. BUT - you might want to be cautious about the avocado versions as they may 'brown' quickly... Without them you are 100% good to go - but maybe need to experiment with them if using them.  Let me know if that helps and let me know how you're doing so far overall!
