Hi Annabell Simoes ! YES - that is definitely part of the plan :-)  Stay tuned! But in the meantime - you can create the ROV on any session really - you would just do the session you choose in reverse order - so ideally you'd want to write each exercise down as you go through a session - and then next time - follow in reverse :-)Thank you! and Merry Christmas to you and yours as well! :-)

Loralee Thiessen !! I'm glad you got to try that one! It's a quiet favorite of many members - and super effective too :-) Be sure to add it to favorites while exploring and trying some of the other total-body cardio/toning sessions :-)

Hey Jenn !! Just did quick search no this. Save your money. It's a waste.How are you doing with your trainnig schedule? Consistent? What lower body sessions have you been doing?How's your nutrition been?
