Awesome and welcome, Jennifer Wieczenski!! :-) ...when you say; "I'm 57 yr old female in good shape..." What exactly does that mean? Good shape without fitness training? Without a healthy and balanced nutrition approach? OR with some workouts here and there (if so - please describe) etc... And any other health/long term goals beyond just toning and reversing the cellulite issue?

Thanks, Jennifer Wieczenski! This is very helpful... I'll suggest you get started with the 6-Day Sample Schedule for your training program (link below)... You want to aim to train daily (at home is fine too if you have the basics there... mat bands, dumbbells, etc) ...
And you take "days off" when life demands it or you just feel like taking a "rest day".
