Erin - that's pretty solid, Erin. When you do NB - how many times through are you doing it? 1X or 2X

Katie - understood! Some people use a heavy dumbbell to grab onto... some go to another room for a heavy couch they can grab under... Some have had handymen drill handles into the baseboard, lol...

Hi Sarah Goodwin! lol.. I was working hard! :-) Get this.. the day I recorded those videos - I did both ULBHTM level 1 AND 2 back to back! (I don't think you've even seen level 2 yet) AND... then I did the Total Body Toning sessions level 1 AND 2!! My lower body was the sorest EVER in my life - even compared to the HEAVY training days, lol...
