Erin - 30 minutes a day is excellent - of course you can always add more if/when you want... as for max results in shortest time.... if you are able to add more of my bodyweight cardio sessions each week  - that will work extremely well :-)

Erin - excellent! No the legs won't get "big" but they will get fuller, firmer, defined... But you can dial it back to 2X per week. Especially if you're sore the next day***

Hi Iris Elba Cuozzo !! :-) If I understand you correctly.. 

You had cellulite issues in the past - you found Naked Beauty - bought it - started using it - and eventually saw your cellulite reduced considerably - and then you had to stop doing the Naked Beauty program in 2022 because of the move and work demands... and have since seen the cellulite dimples, ripples and shadows return - along with some excess body-fat/weight... and now you are ready to get back on track to get rid of the "cellulite" and the excess fat...

Am I correct? If so.. here's what I suggest...

FIRST... take "before" photos ASAP/today (pick a spot that you can do the same photos in a few months).... so you can see the changes that have happened when you take progress photos in a few months.. AND - you always have a reminder of what you DON'T want to go back to again...

Get right back on the Naked Beauty program ASAP/today... you have access to it in here - so that should be your first step. Make sense?
