1 - If you add a hearty pinch of sea salt to your Elixir Mixer - you don't need a separate electrolyte - unless you're sweating a lot throughout the day and you need to replenish more electrolytes later in the day...

If sticking with the 5-Day - you can repeat sets to increase the challenge of any specific session. (ie - do the video over again)

It sounds like you're having 2 good meals each day? Correct me if I misunderstood.
