Yvette cupeles - awesome.. overall the nutrition approach is good... I'd add some more oil options for your salads and veggies.. organic extra virgin olive oil, etc... Do you use herbs and spices in your meals/salads?
The 8 glasses a day... is that because you actually feel the need to drink that amount - or you're trying to do it because you heard that's what you're "supposed to do"...
You can cut out the collagen once done with your current supply. You're getting a good amount of protein in your meals - so the collagen is just "extra" stuff that you're putting into your gut/body. The amino acids are all that matter - and your proteins are giving you plenty. :-)
Let's give your body another 3-4 weeks to see how it continues to respond and then we'll know if any more changes need to be made.Â
