Hi Amy - I've personally replied to several of your request for help in these posts. Can you take a look and follow up so we can figure out what the snag is for you. And get you going. Thanks! ~Joey :-)

Hi Amy, following up here... It appears you have access to the Naked Beauty program with the email address showing connected to your post here. ( starts with: heyamy.....) Here's the link to it (you can also see it in your main library area as well) https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/naked-beauty-the-symulast-method

NOTE - if you also purchased Total-Access via a different email address - be sure you're logging in with that other email address. If still any issues please email us and we'll have tech support assist you with getting this straight and you going on your program! :-)

what's the email address you're using to access your account/login?

Hi Jill!! Go here and consider choosing the 6-Day Sample Schedule or the 8-Day and see how you do with one of those for starters https://sculptafitclub.com/categories/personal-training-sessions

Hi Amy! Double-check your login email and make sure you're logged in***. If you can't find it or forgot your login info click on 'Forgot password'? Here ==> https://sculptafitclub.com/sign_in

Oh you're welcome! Overall body because posture involves the whole body. Not just one area. Hence the reason I shared this video link (not sure if you saw my second reply.): https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/total-body-foundational-personal-training-session-for-extreme-beginner-reconditioning Let me know if that helps or if anymore guidance is needed :-)

Here's the direct link to that session. (Keep me posted!) https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/total-body-foundational-personal-training-session-for-extreme-beginner-reconditioning

Hi Sue! Great question and a great move for hubby to get some exercise going to help him. He can start by doing the extreme beginner routine daily until it gets "easy" - and then we can add more :-)

Thanks for helping out here, Sarah! :-)

Hi Barbara! I'm assuming you're trying to connect a desktop or a laptop to the TV with the HDMI? Mac or a PC? You may need to select something on the device to send the video/audio to the TV.
