Hi Ash!! LOVE hearing this! I hope you took "before" photos! :-) Even if not - I look  forward to you sharing your success story when the time is right!   How many times are the going through the Naked-Beauty routine on the days you do it?  Awesome! How many days a week are you doing Muay Thai? And how did you hear about the Naked-Beauty program?

Linda Beadle - the answer is "maybe".. we won't really know until you do it long enough for us to judge... So best bet is to get after it and see what everything looks like in 8 weeks.

Linda Beadle - you're welcome. Ok sounds good. Let's see how you do with the training schedule implementation - and then decide later if changing the snacks macros might be needed.... Yeah I'm not buying the tabata for 4 mins beating a good incline power walk in the treadmill. Sure there are some benefits if that's all someone can fit - but is it superior? No.

Linda Beadle - have you ever tried a morning fast? I ask because there might be some room for trimming out a few calories to help with the lower-body fat reduction & tightening.

Linda Beadle - Yes but I would also try doing some of my 40 minute (est.) lower-body routines that you may not have tried yet - as they combine everything - but into a shorter time frame. I can post links to them - just let me know.

Yes - cardio helps with fat reduction and sage... and the training sessions build lean-tissue/muscle.

The cardio use of lower-body is not the same as resistance-training the lower-body. Cardio is very low-threshold/intensity.. with the same movement(s) repeated.

Yes - feel free to add trampoline and rower as cardio options. (you can mix/combine them on days you feel like it). Keep me posted!

Linda Beadle - that sounds like around 5 meals/snacks if I'm reading that correctly?   What time is breakfast for you? ...and Dinner time?

Linda Beadle - this sounds good - If I understand you correctly. Somethings I would consider is aiming for 6-7 days for the cardio - and upping the time to 30-35 minutes. Also - with the weather getting warmer soon - are you able to add some walk-time to your weekly schedule?

Hi Linda Beadle  - doing lower-body daily will be counterproductive... if you're getting in 2-3 proper lower-body training sessions in per week - then you're going to need to let them recover/build on the other days.. doing cardio on those days is fine - but you do not want to train them.. use those other days to train your other body zones/muscle groups.

Have you been adding weights/dumbbells to my lower-body routines?

How much and what exact type of cardio have you been doing daily?

What specifically does your daily menu/nutrition look like?
