Ok - as far as the carbs... you're overthinking the nutrition part really. But I get it - as there has been much confusion forced on you.... you are more of a "body composition" person... not so much a "weight loss" person...
As you train and eat for changing your body composition, look and structure - your weight will find it's natural good place. Your weight doesn't determine your body look.. your body composition does...
So we train for improving body-comp and the weight goes where it should...
So - go back into the FUSION-FLEX make your action notes - and also check out the recipe/cooking videos here in Total-Access and start making these kinds of meals, snacks, etc...Â
You don't need to be following any kind of name brand "diet" as you're only going to end up back at square one when it comes to the nutrition part of the equation..
