Hello Joey, I recently just signed up again.… I was going to the gym and really enjoyed it however I have injured my rotator cuff.… I’m finding it hard to navigate in here and decide what I should be doing. Not good at putting a workout plan together. I will definitely want to get some definition… I need a program to follow. Otherwise I just lose motivation…. I only have dumbbells , so I need exercises using dumbbells. Also commenting on the recipes that you have in here is there no meat no protein?…
