Hello Joy, I injured my rotator cuff in a soul body bar class, holding a weighted bar at shoulder level pulsing, which my physiotherapist said was not a good idea. And I’m more of an intermediate exerciser now I’ve been going to the gym. I have used dumbbells, squats and lunges my goal is to get some definition. I just started doing some of your lower body movements without weights which I love because right now my right arm is too sore with my shoulder injury to do any upper body. I’m only doing what the physiotherapist recommends. As far as the plant based recipes, do you not add animal protein or do you strictly eat a plant based on it and if so, where do you get your protein? Thank you so much for getting back to me. Joey. I wish you had the recipes written. And now that Health Canada is allowing cloned meat and they do not have to put it on a label , I am thinking I have to change how I eat.
However I can’t always find the same in our costco
