I have not been doing daily walks, though I am today (3miles).

We did your stretch routine this morning along with some Abs

I had previously been doing Bodi on Demand workouts (formerly Beachbody)

I did the Optavia Program a couple of years ago, and was able to lose some fat, but it was the prepackaged foods that I didn't care for.  I want to eat REAL food, it was not sustainable for me long term and I was afraid I was losing muscle mass, which at 60+ is not something I was thrilled with.

I haven't taken photos yet.

Hi Joey, Christine M from Rhode Island back. I have been on the two week trial. I am going to post a picture of what I’ve done so far. just wondering what I should do next. Should I keep going with the six day? I’m not quite sure how to build playlists. My goals are to build muscle and lose fat. I’m about 5 foot four and around 155 pounds. With a lot of mush. Lol. My mantra is “I am fit feminine, firm and fabulous!” 😉 I got some of that from you!

Hi Joey, yesterday I did the lower body mat session in the morning because I didn’t have time to do both before work. I did the standing lower body when I got home from work plus one of your stretching routines. My husband also loves the stretching.

This morning, I did chest and back and the LIIT bodyweight cardio session basic number one. I also did your stretch on the ball. I’m very excited to be in a routine. And looking to gain muscle and lose fat. Those are my two big goals. Without getting hurt.

Hi Joey, I am training at home. I have quite a few sets of dumbbells ranging from 2 pounds up to 25 Pounds. I have a stepper I have lots of bands. and a cool little device that fits on my doorway that I can put bands on and adjust the height.

Hello Joey, Christine from Rhode Island here! 62 years young.  I am doing the 2 week free trial. I am on day 5 of the 5 day sample routine.  It was pretty comfortable for me to do.  Thinking of trying the 6 day sample routine starting tomorrow.  I did have a horseback riding accident in May and am still nursing a bone bruise on my left hip/ piriformis area, and a couple lumbar vertabra (that I had fractured). So I modify some of the moves (like the elevated bridge, that one I can do, but it hurts those areas, so I am now just doing regular bridges).  I do need to tone up and lose fat.  I am 5'4" (used to be 5'6"!). and am 155 lbs. with a lot of mush especially around the middle.  Any advice would be welcome!
