Thank you! I'm almost 52, post menopause for several yrs, 177lb. 5'8". In great shape I run 165lb.

For the last 12 weeks this has been my regimen: Elliptical light ramp but moderate speed 6 days per week. 5 days per week I have been doing 2 arm days with light dumbbells, 2 days per week lower body, 1 day full body Pilates. I found you about 4weeks ago and have been doing your UBHLT for lower. Before that it was a combo of using a total gym and dumbbells. I'm a ranch girl so I'm very active with chores, animals, and gardening.

Idk my body fat, last I knew it was 24-26% and I'm about the same. I don't like the flabby part of my inner thigh muscles. I have a bit of dimpling on my outer thighs and hamstring. I'm over the bat wings! Making progress but not fast enough. Patience isn't one of my better qualities.

The midlife muscle videos were so helpful and brought me here! I noticed the anti-cellulite cardio. I enjoy using the elliptical. To this point I've used it 5 days per week for 20-30min on a low ramp setting. With your workout method is that considered too much? And where can I find the progression plans?
