thank you for sharing the update and journey of Agar. I've been a runner most of my life and I am going thru menopause and the old things that use to work, don't now. I weight about 145 and my goal is 125. I had surgery on my gluteus medius a couple years ago and was out of work and in a brace for 8 weeks. so my backside is really weak (especially in the left side) and lower lumbar have issues from all the running in my past. So as said, my goal is to reach 120 or 125 but I want to get rid of the softness everywhere. I would love to be in shape in August for vacation but I'm busy navigating thru the total access videos to see how i can accomplish that goal.

my name is Christine and I'm 58. I'm that person who, also looks one day and it all looks good and and then a different light shines thru and your line "what is this" cellulite.. I'm also, the person who is skinny/fat, mine is more mush, great with clothes but I'm wanting to wear shorts and bathing suit and feel comfortable with myself. I've tried on my own but learning i feel like nothing is going to work. I tend to pick the videos of what i want to see results immediately. my question was.... how important is it to switch up different areas of our bodies, when working out?

hello Joey! I am new to the program and my question is... you hear that our bodies adapt to what excercises we do. is there a proper time to do lower body, upper and abs in order?
